The Optus campus development at North Ryde, Sydney represents the largest campus real estate development in the Southern Hemisphere at 84,000sqm housing 7000 staff.  TDA were engaged by Singtel Optus to complete the final stages of the six year development involving:

 specialist façade;
 executive office fit out;
 gym fit out;
 retail/food court areas;
 specialist generator/UPS facilities;
 training rooms;
 bridge walkways.
